Distillation in one pot still and ageing in one cask without further assembly makes the Single Cask a full reflection of the region’s terroir: the cool climate of northern Armenia embraces the spirits with exceptional subtlety, while the special ageing conditions in underground storage rooms enriches it with finesse and complexity. ARARAT Single Cask has a strong, multifaceted, rich taste. Its unique character expresses itself in deep woody and smoky notes with a soft hint of vanilla and spicy cinnamon. The absence of cold filtration yields further aromas and flavors from the product and magnifies it as an embodiment of sincerity and authenticity. Degustation from a chilled glass is recommended for even brighter discovery of the taste.
